Youtuber Jody Dean bought this 1800's home which was decaying in Fort Gaines, Ga to bring Entertainment to the area and local surrounding areas for the seasonal months. Since a child going to his first Haunted Attraction he always had a dream to do something like this for many years. He bought this home in 2021 and was open for business. Portion of those proceeds went to the local School District here in Fort Gaines, Ga and School Supplies for the children here in this town.  2022 Portion of the proceeds will go to the local Fire Department here in Fort Gaines, Ga.  And in 2023 Portion of the proceeds will go to the local Police Station here in Fort Gaines, Ga. Mr.Dean has always been big on helping out his local communities and he is proud that he can help out an amazing town like Fort Gaines, Ga.

The attraction is only open during the month of October.

Hours are from 8pm to 11pm

Friday nights and Saturday nights ONLY.

You do have to sign a one page waiver. ( INSURANCE REASONS )

No pictures or filming of any kind allowed once in the Haunted House. Please put all electronic devices away prior to entering the Haunted House. ( WE DON'T WANNA GIVE AWAY THE FUN )

WARNING: People with health issues be warned….. heart conditions, seizures, asthma….etc…. Fog machines, strobe lights, scary monsters/ghosts, specialty lights, effects and high startles/scares inside.
